Brian Ulicny

Brian Ulicny is a founding member of Thomson Reuters Labs – Boston, established in 2014. Thomson Reuters Labs partner with internal teams, customers and third parties – such as start-ups and academics – on new data-driven innovations utilizing our rich, curated data sets across many disciplines. Ulicny earned a PhD at MIT’s Linguistics and Philosophy Department and was previously Chief Scientist at VIStology, Inc, a pioneering semantic web startup.  He has also worked at various search engine companies, including Ask Jeeves and Lycos, and is a frequent speaker at technical conferences.
